missingWrote a review on Dec 19included breakfastnoise disturbancelimited breakfast
The included breakfast was a perfect start to the day.
We faced issues with the noise from a club in the basement, which disrupted our sleep every night. Despite the cozy room, the bathroom cleanliness left much to be desired, and it felt like the hotel wasn't maintaining basic hygiene standards. Furthermore, the breakfast variety was quite limited, only serving cold items with eggs available on request, which was disappointing for a place like this.

The location is ideal, right in the center. My room was spacious and had a great coffee machine. A tv. The bathroom was modern with nice shower toiletries. Breakfast was a good continental buffet with plenty of options.

The room was spacious with great views, but the loud club kept us awake.

missingWrote a review on Oct 18cold breakfastnoisy club
i was truly shocked by the abysmal breakfast selection—cold, and limited. not exactly how i imagined my gourmet holiday, right? Also, a club beneath our room? Seriously? who needs that level of noise? If only I’d received a complimentary room upgrade or something better than this. i almost left a glowing review, but this was unforgivable!

great room,, but disappointing breakfast
The room was comfortable and spacious, perfect for storing our ski clothing. We enjoyed the beautiful mountain views from our lovely balcony. The sitting area provided a nice space to relax after a long day on the slopes.
Breakfast options felt limited during peak hours.

The hotel provided a cozy and clean environment, with superbly warm beds and a lovely balcony offering stunning views. Thomas and his staff were welcoming and helpful, adding a personal touch to our experience. Good location near ski areas and the Coop supermarket made it convenient, although breakfast options could use more variety.

Modern bathroom with a tub adds a touch of luxury. Plenty of space for ski clothing and a fridge to store snacks.
Breakfast selection was sparse—mainly cold with only eggs on request. not exactly gourmet. The absence of recreational facilities like a pool or hot tub was disappointing, leaving little to do on downtime.

It was a balanced option for a couple of nights in Andermatt with reasonable value. The staff was really helpful in giving us tips on the best places to ski around the area. Try to get an early start for breakfast to avoid crowds.

Exceptional Service and Stunning Views
During our four-night stay, the personal attention from Thomas made all the difference. He was on-site 24/7, always eager to provide recommendations for skiing and dining. Our spacious room was impeccably clean and had a lovely balcony with breathtaking views. Breakfast was a highlight with a great spread to start our days off right. A minor suggestion would be to consider expanding the breakfast seating during peak hours.
